[plonegov-br] Problema na instalação do portal padrão

Bom dia, realizei o procedimento descrito em
http://identidade-digital-de-governo-plone.readthedocs.io/en/latest/desenvolvimento/
para instalação do portal padrão em modo desenvolvimento. Ao finalizar e
rodar a instancia, não aparece a opção de criar uma instancia do portal
padrão(antes aparecia). Aparece uma página padrão do zope:
